
In  world of Japanese animation or anime, there is a subculture of  “Cosplay” or which is a combination words of “costume” and “roleplay”.  Cosplay is centered on dressing as characters from manga, anime,  tokusatsu, and video games, and, less commonly, Japanese live action  television shows, fantasy movies, or Japanese pop music bands. For a  clear minded person, this might be considered as some sort of minor  craziness, but for others it is considered to be a hobby. (I am sure  Chee Kui and Ken Xu would agree with me on this, right guys?).
