CIRCULAR from the Department of Religious Affairs of Penang, which prohibit JHEAIPP reading the Quran with the loudspeaker of the mosque and the mosque at dawn, was issued to all members of the mosque and the mosque committee.



Department of the Penang Islamic Religious Ehwan (JHEAIPP) ordered all the mosques and mosque in the state to stop reading the Quran using the loudspeaker in the morning because the practice is in conflict with Islamic law and can interfere with others inside and outside the mosque.



Is consistent with the decision of the State Fatwa Committee meeting on 7 April this year and circulars regarding the ban was issued on 3 August and distributed to all parish committees mosque [BH].
